organization Edit
"Could you please help me with organization of chapters and other content for my novel..." <-- I have some personal preferences for how to organize the content of a "wiki novel", but my approach amounts to little more than some habits that I have fallen into. I'm not sure that my suggestions can really "help" you...much depends on your preferences and how much patience you have with the MediaWiki software. I took a quick look at the pages of your story. My first suggestion is to create and use Category:Oda'eaa for all the pages of the story. I see that you already have some familiarity with wiki categories. Another approach that I like is to provide a link at the bottom of each chapter to the next chapter. In my case, I always welcome collaborators and I like to make "meta pages", both to help me plan a novel and to facilitate collaboration. --JWSchmidt 02:54, January 12, 2010 (UTC)
featured fiction Edit
There are some "rules" listed at this page, but things are not very formal around here. We have previously featured some works before they were "complete". I'm not sure that "complete" means much in wiki format. The Start of Eternity is still very much under construction, and I've been wondering if we should have more categories of featured works such as "featured active collaboration" that could be a story that is still open to new collaborators. story title Edit
"The Start of the Infinite" should be in the list of possible titles. I believe that Asimov was making reference to the idea that if humans could spread from Earth to other star systems then there would be some sort of infinite future for human descendants. When I think about "the start of infinity" I tend to think about the origin of the universe. One of the ideas that I want to include in the story is that the Huaoshy can perform engineering on the fundamental structure of Reality as described here. --JWSchmidt 15:53, January 31, 2010 (UTC)
