New idea for standardized rating thingy

Unlike the previous ratings, this one is meant to give ideas for improvement. Let's use one for an entire story or project, as long as it's longer than 15k or has more than a dozen pages.

The idea is, of course, to try not to alienate the writers.

I've already figured out, that 1) as long as poll contents doesn't change, it's considered the same poll even if everything around it is edited and the votes remain, and 2) the poll can shift places and can be copied and still retain prior votes.

To make the poll individual for each story, we must include the name of the story in the poll itself.

The one problem is the potential of people logging in with sockpuppets; it can't be prevented.

Authors will probably vote for the last choice.
