I don't know what STEV is parodying...SETI perhaps? Nardek 20:26, 6 August 2007 (UTC)

H.A.L. from 2001. I even copy and pasted two of his lines (okay, the first one is slightly changed). --Nonimportant 23:43, 6 August 2007 (UTC)

HAL is awsome, specially with the constant plots he calmly comes up with about how to slay his useless humansUser:Serprex 23:55, 6 August 2007 (UTC)

Yeah, but my biggest gripe from 2001 was also him, I mean, Asimov's crazy robot logic make sense, even if in a surreal way, while HAL is just unpredictable and has no real reason to want to kill those guys. While it may have been due to a defect in his programmation, no good explanation is given, except that the scientists that build him may have forgotten to put the PSYCHOTICBLOODLUST variable to 0. --Nonimportant 15:35, 7 August 2007 (UTC)

k...nice little packs of short stories.I didn't quite get the Hell thing, but whatever,a few paragraphs later it was done and over with(Oh,and tis littered with gramattical errors, though it flows so that I didn't know if you wanted them or not)User:Serprex 22:20, 7 August 2007 (UTC)

The hell thing is based on No Exit, a play by Sartre, the play is about three guys stuck into Hell condemned to torture one another for all eternity, the funny thing about having Napoleon and Hitler is that there you have two much hated, feared or loved guys acting pathetically and engaging silly conversation. My idea with Hyperprice was to parodize and satirize everything I could think of, from Starship troopers (Hullanian Military Commonwealth), passing through Capitalism to, of course, Star Trek (Expendable redshirts, Jaser guns, that are just like laser guns, but have nifty laser sound effects). I have things in mind for Star Wars and Lovecraft already. --Nonimportant 00:56, 8 August 2007 (UTC)

Ya,the only issue I found really was that the hell thing wasn't explained until after,there wasn't even a transitionUser:Serprex 01:00, 8 August 2007 (UTC)

Yeah, but I couldn't think of a good way to do it, if you happen to know, go ahead. Also, I'm curious, which one, if any, you liked more? --Nonimportant 01:09, 8 August 2007 (UTC)

I'm liking this STEV,I found that the Kornan(I'm bad with names, and too exhausted right now to go find out the proper name.I do have enough bordem to note this, however)was very abrupt with the second appearence. As for which I prefered(been avoiding that question,eh?)prolly would of that one that was like how it is srta like with that stuff and that thingUser:Serprex 01:36, 8 August 2007 (UTC)

Yep. That was the one I put most my effort into. Specially on that guy that did that thing. --Nonimportant 01:50, 8 August 2007 (UTC)

Can I ask why/how they went from going to Mars to that Znor thing?User:Serprex 00:02, 10 August 2007 (UTC)

The basic framework of this thing is Star Trek, in Star Trek there's some time between each mission, unless it's an episode with more than one part. So, the visit to Mars (their base) for resupply happened between the "episodes". --Nonimportant 15:55, 10 August 2007 (UTC)

Drats, that mars thing had potential. Then again, not something to be logged,eh?Could at least give us a taste with some side comment ofUser:Serprex 16:15, 10 August 2007 (UTC)

Ah yes,the pet thing. My mother does that with our cat...great how the cat will get yelled at,and the next moment be pamperedUser:Serprex 17:34, 10 August 2007 (UTC)
