Licida is the neutral zone and the only thing holding back the Serdians from full-scale war with Arkanros. The Arkanros side has a statue of Eastling Licid staring at Sheridith, the nearest Serdian settlement. The Serdian side has a statue of Muka'mador glaring at Eastling and holding a Ceritan drone. If a Serdian goes past the Eastling statue it is an act of war and if an Arkanrosian is to go past the Muka'mador statue it is also a declaration of war. The land inbetween the two statues is where, if the need should ever arise, trade and diplomatic negotations would take place, this has never happend though.
