The Galician Islets, named in honor of Galix of Allnuré, are a group of islands off the east coast of Greater Gallorum. Discovered in 3734 CE by Admiral Fistan the Skilled of Armidia, they served as an outpost for the Armidian Empire and eventually became an independent state, Galicia.
The seven Islets are Humboé, Dumnoré, Silvas, Brombosno, Aquilinta, Norin, and Faé. The capital of Galicia is Espimenta, on the main trading island of Aquilinta.
In 4210 CE, the Galicians attempted an (unsuccessful) invasion of Geugaw, thus launching the decade-long Galician-Geugavian War. The battle turned in favor of the Galicians, who made Geugaw a province of Galicia.
Remains of an ancient temple are to be found on Faé. Some scholars believe that Faé may have been settled by the Ancients or used as a portal to the stars.
