An encaselet is a semi-autonomous region within the land of Arkanros. There are hundreds of encaselets within the realm on Arkanros, each commanded by a principine, a kind of tribal chief. Each encaselet has it's own unique political structure, ranging from totalitarian rule to anarcho-syndicalist systems. Principines from each encaselet meet once a year in the city of Verlaginch (in the encaselet of Rexelince), at a meeting called the The Principine Conference.
