The Blood Drinkers are a secretive death cult with chapters and hidden temples found in the roughest neighborhoods in various places.

Their leader is Ophinitius, a man with a Serpents Head. He can communicate to all snakes and can control thier minds for his will. Blood Drinkers worship death, snakes and poisons. They are known for drinking the blood and grinded bones of their sacrificial victims and speaking in hissing tongues and putting eachother in hypnotic trances. Worship of a human (Ophitinius) is outlawed in all lands but the Wastelands and Netopyrus. Entering the cult requires that they slice the middle of their tongue, so to have it pronged. When they are near death, they sacrifice themselves to a snake's toxic bite.
