The Neverending Wiki World is themed high fantasy. This is generally construed as magic, strange creatures, mysterious places, enigmatic riddles, heroic quests, and legendary people. If this is what you're interested in, consider reading magic for the coverage of the fundamentals.

However, given the large scope of the Neverending Wiki, there are also opportunities for those who aren't so interested in high fantasy, such as the times before 999 AD on the timeline, and regions which haven't seen magic until even later. After 999 AD, the transition to a full-fledged high fantasy is also step-by-step. In lieu of magic, the early half of the timeline deals with political leaders, while later on we introduce more and more of technology (magic-based), culture, and territorial expansion.
