Eternity's End refers to the eight decades before the Dawn of Ages during which five tribes of humanity manage to form a long-standing alliance which showed the power of unity against the barbarian tribes (Wealth, War, Ghoul, Health, Purity, Devotion, Energy, Vigor, and Force), as well as against the Ceritans and finally the Serdians. The era was inaugurated by the Five Wise Women, who proclaimed the unity, and saw the rule of their children, such as Altexa of Reason, Ipsum of Language, and Lorem Ipsum of Language. The era saw the invention of the wheel, the banishment of Muka'mador to the Midworld, the Schism of Tyrael and Scipios, and the coming to power of Horador. The barbarian Purity tribe and the Ceritan race were both eliminated from the political arena during this era. The era was characterized by periodic warfare and strife, as well as invasions and alliances, which prevented humanity from entering a stage of constant growth.
