Luther Quellem was a human who explored the Wastelands very early in human history, and is generally agreed upon as the discoverer of the various regions in the Wastelands, including the Scrub Hills, the Great Sand Flat, and the Spinok'ta'del Mountains. He documented all of his findings and observations of the land as well as drew maps in a codex which he then published for the government at the time. Needless to say, it became a significant resource during the Goblin Wars which ultimately turned the tide of battle in humanity's favor. In his codex, Quellem also discussed the various creatures, both flora and fauna, which he had discovered in the Wastelands.

While not as well known as Odranoel Polyhistor, he is considered one of several runner-ups for the position of most famous historian of the Neverending Wiki World.
