Caedo Valeno was an Arkanrosian assassin known mostly for the murders of lawbreaker and wrong doers. His most known targets are the Bernchors. Caedo killed his victims in the name of Ichi'ondrion, and was sometimes constrained by officials due to his vigilant ideals. Some view him as a hero, while others view him as a murderer.
