Balum is an Efini, son of Scipios and one of the Four Moons. He is a beakon of Lamoths wrath, an omen of coming disaster and an instrument of terror. Balum's face glows deep red and strikes fear into anyone who dares to look upon it. The Coming of The Dragons, the War of a Hundred Realms, and several other events have featured an appearance by Balum.
