Lofill are a reptillian species born from the poison of Quafirr. There are three distinct ages of Lofil:

[edit] Young Lofill
Young Lofill are small snake-like creatures that grow to be around ten feet long after five years of life, they have a poisonous bite which can kill small animals but which is not deadly to humans. Lofill live off of small animals such as ants and spiders when just hatched, however by the end of a week after being born a Lofill starts eating small animals such as rabits and foxes.

When a Lofill eats it turns the matter into Quafirr eggs, which it burries and which will eventually (after two to six weeks) hatch into young Quafirr.

After a Lofill reaches five years of age it goes into a caccoon-like structure and stays this way for a few months, after which it comes out as Older Lofill.

Older Lofill have lizard-like bodies, they no longer produce the poison that Younger Lofill use to survive. Lofill live off of animals such as wolves and deer, Older Lofill grow to be around twenty to thirty feet long over the course of one hundred to one thousand years before becoming Ancient Lofill.
[edit] Ancient Lofill
Ancient Lofill are sometimes known as Young Dragons, or minor dragons. Ancient Lofill do not seem to age very quickly, while they probably do die of age eventually, none of them have been known to live long enough to do die of age, or even stop growing and becoming stronger. Ancient Lofill are merely large versions of Older Lofill, the only major difference being that they grow wings, while they are still the same as Older Lofill (who merely start to grow wings at a point in their life), thy are categorized seperately due to their similarity to dragons, and the fact that they are often not recignized as Lofill, as they can grow to an unknown length, the longest known length being sixty feet, with a wingspan of one hundred and thirty feet from wingtip to wingtip. The main difference between Dragons and Ancient Lofill is the animal nature of Ancient Lofill, Dragons are intelligent beings with great power, Ancient Lofill are merely large lizards with wings they do not share any of the mystical powers of Dragons.
This however changes after sometime in the case that the Lofill develops a higher sense of self. Once slightly conscience, they are summoned forth by Drake and given the power of any other kind of Dragon.
