Deities are cosmic entities and therefore as individuals they do not belong in a bestiary. However, the category of "deities" is worth analysis. There are four types of deities:

[edit] Lorym

The Lorym are the secondary deities, created by Vayrian and Zamn before the First Age. Vayrian and Zamn's skills and arts had grown much and they gave to each of the Lorym a form and presence of their own, though their will was bound to their masters. Vayrian and Zamn gave a great part of their strength in doing this but, as the Lorym went out into the Planes, they learned and their skill grew. This continued until the Lorym and Vayrian became stronger than Lamoth and cast him down into the Underworld with the help of the Divine Court's polarize.

Offspring of the Loryms are called Efini

During the Chaos of the Gods, Scipios and Bane joined Lamoth in realization of the glory they could attain with their foe. Nature was also corrupted by Lamoth, but only enough to be of Vayrian and Lamoth's distaste simultaneously.

  1. Gods - the most powerful
  2. Demigods - once removed
  3. Lesser Deities - twice removed
  4. Archons - combined demigods

The Greater Deities were born during the Birth of the Gods.

The Lorym are offspring of Greater Deities.

[edit] Efini

The Efini are the children of the Lorym. They were created by the Lorym to assist in their tasks.
