Retrieve is the counterspell to Banish.

Standard method for casting this spell is as follows:

1. Declare the target (need to know the title variable assigned to the target before it was banished)
2. Declare the location you want to bring back the target to
3. Bring the target Inside at declared location

This spell is often used in one of the following ways:

1. To retrieve an object that the spellcaster has stored Outside using Banish
2. Cast on self, to allow self to return to Inside after being Banished by another spellcaster in a fight
3. Second part of Teleportation
