The concerned citizen continues to talk about the Paradise County, Florida Earthquake while the citizens get in their cars for the long drive to Ocean Shores, Indiana for higher ground.
Every police, sheriff, fire and government agency in Florida are patrolling the streets looking for any survivors of the earthquake when they see an English-American named Gervaise Thomason slowly dying in Clotilde's arms.
Clotilde Drimmerman (near tears while Gervaise is slowly dying): Please, Gervaise, don't you dare die because I want to tell you two important secrets that you might need to know about, okay?
Glenda and Stephen are warning Clotilde and Gervaise that there is no time to stay and grieve in Paradise County and that they would have to come to Ocean Shores, Indiana just like everybody else and that they will keep Gervaise save while Clotilde is frantically, violently and viciously crying and sobbing for Gervaise to wake up.
Meanwhile in Ocean Shores, Indiana in the Indiana Department of Housing and Living, three to four department workers are discussing about having an entire county from Florida in their city in Indiana or that they would have them placed in Port Charles, New York, Corinth, Pennsylvania, New England or somewhere in the Upper United States.
In Sharkville State Mental Hospital in Padded Room 6, orderlies are trying to put a violently, emotionally and psychotically disturbed Justina in a straitjacket but she is trying to break free from the grips of the orderlies and trying to run out of the padded room but she gets sacked like a quarterback and is being forced to wear a straitjacket while they run out of the padded room and close the door with Justina in hot pursuit only to find out that the door was closed as she is running into the walls in her padded room and towards the door violently screaming into the door.
Justina Kingstone (violently, psychotically viciously screaming into the door of her padded room): YOU THINK THAT YOU CAN KEEP ME HERE FOREVER?? I DEMAND THAT YOU LET ME OUT OF THIS ROOM, RIGHT NOW!!! YOU CAN'T LOCK ME UP IN HERE FOREVER!!! (She is still violently, viciously and psychotically screaming to be let out of her padded room.)
In the Ocean Shores Metropolitan Police Department, James Theodore is working as a homicide detective on a shooting that is connected to recent murders in Paradise County in Florida with his new partner, a woman named Carrie Hartley.
In Ocean Shores General Hospital in Room 123, Pearl is trying to get over her bout with H1N1 while Laura and Jacqueline and Laura both have surgeries on their stomachs to close holes in their stomachs in Emergency Room 4 while California is giving birth to her new sons named Texas and Miami Orlando Bundelby-Petersburgh with her husband who is from Indiana named Brian Petersburgh in Room 145 while in Mauricianna is trying to get over her bout with the flu in Room 147.
In WOSH Studios in Studio 9F, Gianeraldine, Kia, Marlon, Jim Carrey, Liza Huber, Rachel, Reighleigh, Danica, Glenda, Clotilde, Gervaise, Christopher Springknot, Justin Strophensfeld, Patricia Curtis and Patricia Jacobson are filming the final episode of In Walked Love while in Studio 10E, Georgina has found a new audience on her talk show, Straight to the Heart with Georgina Rigsby while in Studio 11A, Stephanie Franciscus, Miguel and the List of World Wrestling Entertainment employees are filming the final episode of the 1993 WWE-themed soap opera, For the Love of the Sport.
