[edit] Hexamancy (medica, psica, viva)

Long live the...!

  • An ounce of harm, ten tons of cure - standard Pax Religia priestly proverb
  • Hal thought the mage battle won, as he pulled off his opponent's arm from afar. To his shock, however, the medicamancer regenerated an entirely new arm within moments, right there on the battlefield, with scarecely a pause. Hal then cut off the medicamancer's head, but that too quickly regenerated...

Only during the Pax Religia did the art of healing finally bloom into full swing, practiced almost exclusively by the priests of the Panecclesia. These gradually came to range from healing minor cuts, to regenerating a lost limb, to relieving fever, to treating cancer. The possibilities were about endless, as were the complexity of these spells, which often took decades to craft to perfection and were subsequently handed down to the next generation via the ever-growing book Chaos of the Gods (which acts as a repository for learned magical knowledge).

Practitioners now obtain the D.M. or Doctora Medicamagia.
