Doctor Who is a British science fiction series and is the longest running science fiction series in history.

"Doctor Who" and all of its characters and situations are the creation and property of British Broadcasting Corporation. Novelas and its users make use of these characters and situations without permission. It is used strictly for purposes of entertainment and appreciation, without monetary gain. Should the license-holders object to this, it will be removed.

The show

Doctor Who is the story of a Time Lord called the Doctor who travels through time and space in his ship, the TARDIS. The Doctor is 900 years old and has great knowledge of the universe. He frequently travels with companions and fights off villans like the Master, the Daleks and the Cybermen.

Being that the Doctor is a Time Lord, when he dies, he regenerates, meaning that he comes back to life as a new person. He has a new face, new body, new personallity. There have been ten incarnations of the Doctor.
