Article Six of the Sabin Constitution contains information concerning construction debts, supermacy of the Constitution, and oaths for Teachers and other officials.

"All Debts or Deficits contracted and Contracts entered into, during the Construction of the Building of Sabin Middle School, before the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be valid against the new School under this Constitution, and shall be required to be Managed in a Appropriate Manner.
This Constitution, the Laws of the School which shall be made in Pursuance thereof, and all District or School Rules or Policies made, or which shall be made, under the Authority of Sabin Middle School, shall be the Supreme Law of the Property, and shall be followed by the Students, Teachers, and all other Staff and Administrative Officials.
The Student Councilors and Staff Members before mentioned, as well the Vice and Assistant Principals, and all other Executive, Civil, and Administrative Officers, Staff, and Teachers, both of the School and of the Several Teams, shall be bound by Oath or Affirmation, to support this Constitution, and their Oaths shall be outlined by the Administration; but no religious Test shall ever be required as an Qualification to hold or enjoy any Office of Trust or Profit under this School, or any of the Several Teams thereof."
Meaning and Examples[]
The first Clause of Article Six provides that all debts or deficits contracted during the construction of Sabin Middle School (March 1974-April 1975), and any finanical or other Contracts entered into during that time, would be valid not against the District, but against the School. For example, a debt of $58,000 was incurred over the course of the Building's Construction. As a result of Clause 1 of Article Six, the School would have the responsibility of paying this debt.
The second Clause provides that the Constitution, Laws of the School made in pursuance of it, and all the Rules and Policies of both the District and the School, under the School's Auhority, constitute the Supreme Law of the Property; it provides that all Students, Teachers, and other Staff must follow the Constitution in all times. Team constitutions, mission statements, and policies are subordinate to the School Constitution. For example, a Teacher has to follow the Constitution's mandates when governing and disciplining her class.
The third Clause mandates that every Teacher, Student Official, and Staff Member, as well the Vice and Assistant Principals and Officials of the Teams, take a Oath to support the Consitution. The Administration is granted the Power to outline such Oaths. However, the Constitution prohibits the use of religious Tests concerning ascension to any School or Team position or Office. For example, let's say that a Sixth Grade Team had a position of Student Advisor, basically a student who advised the Team Administrators on student matters. The Team requires for the Advisor to take a religious Test before assuming office. That would be unconstitutional because it would violate Clause Three of Article Six.
