This page is about a nonexistent empire (and will always be that way, keep that in mind) that my imagination racked up. The empire was scattered during the early days, but when the empire matures, the territory will be very vast. The map below is my empire two months after birth. The territory of this empire will expand until its peak, when the empire takes control of vast amounts of land. Until its dissolution, it will hold more than 90% of its peak of land. At the dissolution, the empire will have already dwindled so much that about less than 10% of the empire would be left. Its Birth will be on June 7, 2051. Its complete Dissolution will be on March 31, 2679. The American Empire's flag is divided into three parts (excluding the union). The red represents the Americas (it is also the largest section of the flag since there is more controlled land there), the blue represents Europe, and the white represents Asia. These three continents are the main continents of the American Empire's control. The union has one white star on it to show that the vast territory is unified under one nation. Before the dissolution of the empire, the capital was moved three times to protect the government from invaders. The government returned the capital to New York City after rebuilding the city and adding more defence. New York City only lasted until 11:59 pm EST of March 31, 2679 when the final attack ruined all New York.

The Name "American Empire"Edit
This name does not necessarily mean that the United States controls this empire. The name is "American Empire" because the empire started in the Americas and most of its land is stationed there. On the map, you can see that more land is concentrated in North America and South America. Additional lands located in parts of Asia, Australia, Antarctica, Africa, and Europe.
This is peculiar to be the first nation to control parts of the Antarctic, but there is no industry, agriculture or any civilization at all in the Antarctic territories. These areas are just for exploration and scientific research. There are occasional ports on the Antarctic, but that's the only piece of civilization.
On June 1, 2051, New York City was semi-serious about seceeding from New York State and becoming its own state. After two days of fighting in the supreme court, in City v. State & Federal, New York City lost the case. Angered, the city mayor and his citizens marched over to New York State and protested in Albany. Finally, after four days of protesting, the protestment turned to war. Citizens declared New York City a new nation. A nation thatBIt will soon control most of the United States. The New York City Mayor became the first emperor of the American Empire. The Mayor made a quick way to grab territory during the first month of the existence of the American Empire. Since the population is about eight million people, he decided that he would raise an army of one million to invade the State of New York to unify the empire with the mainland. After two weeks of training, roughly more than one million soldiers marched to parts of New Jersy, and all of New York. The invasion was beneficial, as all territories were acquired. An additional twenty million were added to the population. After a few months of economic growth, the empire raised enough money to match one-third as powerful as the United States economy. New York City was a very big supplier of money for the United States, so the economy of the United States began to deteriorate. The American Emperor made a deal with the President. The American Empire will pay the United States 33.3334 billion dollars (The United States and the American Empire use the same currency, but don't share the same economy) to acquire the New England Section of the United States including my house.
With new territories acquired, the American Empire started to organize its territory. New York City would be the capital, and the empire would have no subdivisions such as states or provinces. On June 27, the American Empire strikes again, and the army marches southward to Florida (Washington D.C. is untouched, as it is the capital of the United States), then west to California, then north to Washington and then east to stop at Montana (see map). After two months of economic growth, the empire set up the Stock Market. After nearly two hundred companies let a portion of their space to the general public for stocks to be sold, stockholders poured massive amounts of money into all the companies, making the stock market grow to dizzy heights, and most importantly, the growth of the economy. The American Empire grew as powerful as the United States in just under two months-and still growing stronger. Soon, the American Empire grew strong enough to annex lands in Mexico, Central America and South America. (The Americas). Next project is to expand to areas around the world. The next target is Europe. The way the American Empire will conquer is a unique way. The empire initially invades an area, then when the area is secured, the army will hold conquered lands. The conquered lands are held until the army sets up vital things, such as a local (or provincial) government. Some army members will settle or leave when conquered land truly accepts that it has been annexed. The new government will be headed by an army officer, usually ranking from lieutenant to captain, so the land would truly stay in with the empire. This may take a few months or years and in between those years, the army monitors the area. When it has truly accepted annexation, the conquered land's people will enjoy lifestyle inside the empire, with maximum protection inside the empire's boundary. Though, some opposing people will remain. This is what led to the end of the empire. During the Depression, opposing people convinced others that if the empire would fall, it is best to leave it now.
World Wide ExpansionEdit
The American Empire attacked and settled into parts of Canada and the along the shoreline of Alaska. The United Kingdom apparently opposed this, so Canada and United Kingdom went to war against the American Empire. The United Kingdom shot first, sending the entire British Navy and army to New York City. A large battle took place on water in the middle of the Atlantic to prevent the British to advance on New York City. Canada attacked the settlements within itself. The defence in the settlements was heavy, and the Canadians gained no land. The American Army won the Atlantic War, and advanced on the United Kingdom. Once there, they occupied the southern two-thirds of the island of Great Britain, and all of Iceland. Afterwards, the American Army went south to South America to annex multiple countries. After the South American Invasion, the Army went south again to establish control over the Antarctic Peninsula and some inland areas for scientific research. With the European Threat to re-claim Southern UK, the American Army invaded Germany, and Southern Norway and Sweden, and Northern Spain. The American Army will use these areas as ports and battle stations just in case of war with Europe. The Empire then attacked Hawaii and several other Pacific Islands.
The Empire soon attacked Asia and annexed the eastern part of China and Australia, Southern New Zealand and turned south to establish rule in Asian Antarctica(see map, look below Australia). The empire took parts of northwestern Africa to secure Europe for any futuristic invasions.
During this time, the Empire will keep all of its land, its defence is very strong to prevent all invasions. The Empire will also acquire a few more pieces of territory before remaining stable, including United Kingdom, parts of the United States, China, all of Japan, southern parts of Russia, Italy, Ukraine, and Poland. The empire was very stable, it had very little wars, at least once every two centuries. This era started in 2109 to 2618. The empire's growth was very big, and the economy was very strong. This lead to the empire's peak.
American Empire's PeakEdit
This era started in 2105 and ended in 2618. This empire emerged as a economic leader of the world. It also became an unrivaled superpower since it choked the United States' strength and economy. This empire was too strong for any of its territories to be invaded. Even the least guarded area was hard to invade since the empire was very quick to act when war happens. The total strength of the American Empire was nine times stronger than the Peak of the United States' power. For five hundred thirteen years, the empire was a huge superpower that had vast amounts of resources, land, money, nearly everything. Though, all good times must come to an end. On the year 2618, the stockmarket went into a recession, suddenly going up and down. The economy began to wobble. This started to frighten the stockholders, causing them to sell all their shares. This added up to the dissolution of the great and mighty empire that reigned for more than six centuries.
Stock Market failureEdit
With all the stockholders selling all their shares in 2618, the prices per share dropped very very fast, making even more stockholders sell shares. Companies, losing very big money had to borrow money from banks. The banks went out of business, and soon the companies too. More than five hundred ninety-two billion shares were sold on April 1, 2619. On the very same day during the afternoon, at 3:15 the stock market crashed, and nearly 82% of the companies went bankrupt. The other 18% were selling shares only 1 to 15 dollars per share. Now that the world sensed the empire was going through a depression, all the nations (or part of it) declared independence from the American Empire. The final war that the American Empire fought lasted for 61 years (from 2618 to 2679) also known as the 61 years war. The American Empire had to fight while it was weak-imagine you having to fight 100 people while you were sick. The war cost more and more money and nearly 92.47% of the population of the American Empire was under the poverty line. On 2625, the empire was half its size and it fell from superpower status. The United States army began to claim its original territories from the American Empire. The United Kingdom sent troops to New York City to destroy the entire city. On 2670, nine years before complete dissolution, all forces of the American Empire gave up and turned its attack on their empire itself. The American Empire, defenseless watched in terror as each day slugs away and inching closer to its death. Nearly all of the countries who fought for independence got their independence.
Major city battlesEdit
New York City, USAEdit
The United States army, in a large number of 125,000, camped out near New York City before launching their massive offensive. March 28 was a day full of terror as the United States army rushed in to New York City on foot, in the air, and on sea. The walls of New York fell with massive shells raining upon the city. The only defenders of New York were all slaughtered in battle and the United States brought in another 25,000 troops, this time with more experience and accuracy. More than two to three million civilians died during the battle, and the downtown district was turned into a graveyard of buildings. The emperor called up one million civilians to join the defenders of New York and force the US forces out. The defenders, outnumbering the US forces by 1 to 10, defeated the US army with little work. The US government moved two million more into New York. At nightfall, the US army raged in and met the defenders. Gaining no or little land and losing many men, the US army retreated. Back in Jacksonville, Florida (the US capital at the time, since D.C. was still part of the American Empire), the President and the army generals discussed tactics to defeat New York. The President decided to destroy all of New York City with a 45-kiloton atomic bomb. All general agreed. An American Empire spy received information that the US air force will obliterate New York completely at a fixed time earlier than 8:00 am. He told the defenders of New York, telling them that the Emperor should be escorted secretly to Miami (still part of the American Empire). At 6:00 am, the Emperor reached Miami safely to leave his defenders and Capital in doom. At 7:30 am, March 29, the US air force dropped the bomb on New York City. The explosion was a spectacular show of fire and smoke, with an ominous mushroom cloud above New York City. The bomb exploded right over the center of Bronx. The only area that seemed to be spared was Staten Island. New York City lay in ruins in the hot sun. The result was the United States won, and the American Empire is on the verge of losing the entire world war. New York City was rebuilt again, and it looked just like itself before the battle.
Los Angeles, USAEdit
Before the US army defeated the American Empire, Los Angeles was little more than a peasant village. Back during the time when the American Empire flourished, the soldiers came in and destroyed the city, leaving behind a pile of garbage and building remains. Just after the American Empire destroyed Los Angeles, the civilians rebuilt the city as a small village, under the watchful eye of the general of the American Empire army. Los Angeles turned into a peasant village since many ghettos(in this case, neighborhoods full of people who are too poor) started to surround the city, homeless and many ghetto livers populated Los Angeles, so that Los Angeles plunged below the poverty line, therefore couldn't support itself after the destruction. Many people started calling it "Lost Angeles" because the city was too lost to revive it. The ghetto of Los Angeles, as the American Empire calls it, was planned for attack on February 25. As the US forces rushed in, many civilians said "Ya'll best not come in here, o' you gonna get yo butt kicked!" The US forces, confused about what they said, invaded anyway. Los Angeles couldn't call up a group of people to defend the city, since they didn't know what to do. The Defenders of Miami had to come in and defend Los Angeles. The US forces destroyed all of the Defenders, leaving Los Angeles and Miami defenseless. Los Angeles had another atomic bomb dropped onto it to destroy the ghetto and to rebuild it as the "Old Los Angeles."
Constantinople, formerly Istanbul was renamed back to its original name. Turkey did win its independence from the American Empire, but the American Empire still held the Northwest portion of Turkey, which included Constantinople. Turkey agreed to let the American Empire keep that piece of territory and rest for a little while after the war for independence. The plan was to rest, then return to war more powerful than before. After rest, the first wave of the Turkish Army lined the border between Turkey and the American Empire on March 7. After the commander shot a bullet into the air, 250,000 soldiers swam onto the shore of Constantinople and screamed a terrifying scream while rushing into the city. Many civilians fled in terror, but many weren't spared. After the first wave passed, the Constantinople mayor looked down from his castle and saw many dead bodies lying on the road. "It was the utmost terror!" he said as he walked down the streets. The mayor decided to get a Defenders of Constantinople force just like New York City. Before the second wave came, the Defenders of Constantinople (sadly only 1,500 signed up since only 1,500 lucky civilians stayed home during the first wave attack) were ready to die for their city. The second wave outnumbered the Defenders at 1 to 1,000. On March 11, 1,500,000 Turkish soldiers rushed in. The battle had a duration of nine minutes, crushing all 1,500 in battle. The last Defender, the mayor, walked in front of the Turkish soldiers. He turned around and faced the 1,500,000 soldiers. He knew he wouldn't win, but he was the only one standing to fight. He surged forward, the Turkish general shot him, and all 1,500,000 ran towards the sad, dying man. The result was Turkey won, Constantinople was renamed to Istanbul again, and the American Empire lost another major battle.
Japan was held tightly during much of the war, but when the American Empire army gave up, Japan was held poorly. All of Japan was liberated by itself, except for Tokyo. Tokyo had many American Empire supporters, and equally as much American Empire opposers. Soon, Tokyo started to fight itself, plunging into a "City Civil War" on Each day seemed like the Iraqi war in Tokyo. Civilians called up the Defenders of Tokyo on December 31, 2678, marking the official beginning of the Tokyo Civil War. Japan never intervened in the Civil War, since they were tired liberating itself from the American Empire. The Metropolitan area of Tokyo and the city itself were still part of the American Empire, which was very hard for the Japanese to liberate since the American Empire sympathizers outnumbered the American Empire opposers 3 to 1. The Opposers started attacking in the North Metro Area, where they won their first battle. They marched southward, pushing the Sympathizers with them. Another group of Opposers started to attack from the south and marched northward. Soon, the sympathizers were deadlocked inside Tokyo. In the last battle on January 30, 2679, the Sympathizers held out heroically, destroying more than half of the Opposers, and successfully pushed them out of the city boundary. This was the only battle won by the American Empire after the American Empire forces gave up. Tokyo was held by the American Empire until its final dissolution on March 31. Japan shared its capital with the American Empire at the time, making it semi-dependant with the American Empire.
Rome, Roman ProvinceEdit
During the American Empire conquest, Italy was invaded, untouched, and annexed without a shot fired. Italy was renamed "Roman Province," reinstating the "Roman Empire." While Italy declared its independence and renaming, Rome was a heavily guarded fortress that was hard to invade for the Italians. The Italian War for Independence first took place in Rome, when Italians surrounded Rome, trying to get into Rome. The Americans fired at the Italians, and shells started raining on Rome and the Italians. Italians started dropping from helicopters into Vatican City to remove the Pope from "the devil's land." Vatican City was also heavily guarded, many Italians parachuted down onto Vatican City, which was a very bad idea. The Americans(Romans) started to shoot massive shells into the sky, killing thousands of parachuters. Since the invasion was unsuccessful, the Italians retreated, frustrated. The generals decided to drop an atomic bomb on Rome, regardless of the ancient Roman masterpieces inside Rome. Amazingly, the Roman government found out about the atomic bomb, and started to construct a laser shield to protect Rome from the atomic explosion, making this battle the most successful since Tokyo, and far better than New York City. On February 19, 2679, the Italians dropped the bomb on Rome, hopefully destroying everything in the 65-mile radius. With the laser shield completed, the Romans shot the laser into the sky when the atomic bomb was dropped. The laser beam was fired 500 feet into the sky, then it spread out to form a dome around Rome and its metropolitan area. The supermassive explosion hit the dome, nearly cracking it. The power of the laser was decreasing. Everyone in Rome was watching at the dome nervously, hoping it wouldn't breach and let the explosion in. After a few minutes, the power level of the laser was dangerously low, and everyone started rushing into an underground tunnel, or bomb shelter. Surprisingly, the laser held out for another three hours, then shut itself off. Luckily, the explosion was gone by then. The Italian army was stunned to see Rome the way it was before the explosion. "Rome is truly the Eternal City," one soldier said. Rome was a great success for the American Empire. Though all of Italy was liberated, Rome still stayed in firm grip of the American Empire until its dissolution. Rome then became a separate country (city-state) afterwards. This is the only city to win without using a Defender force.
Washington, DC, USAEdit
This battle was very crucial for the American empire to continue to exist. Many government buildings (most of which, belonged to the US before the American Empire took control) were located there, it was even unofficially called "American Empire's second capital." The United States blasted their way into Washington, DC and fought a long battle. Gunshots and loud explosions were heard all throughout March 5, 2679. Usually, millions of people from both armies reinforce their side. It seemed like nobody was winning, and both already lost three million soldiers each by March 17. Washington, DC began to rot due to the long battle. On March 18, all explosions, yelling, and gunshots ceased temporarily as a huge snowstorm hit the DC metro area. This was the only day when all fighting ceased. The United States brought in ten million soldiers, launching a super-large infantry attack ever in the history of the United States. The navy was called in, and sailed up the Potamac river. The Defenders of DC began to weaken gradually, until they used snowballs as an attack. The American Empire brought in more supplies to the Defenders, and also called up another group of Defenders to replace the old ones so they can rest. The new and improved Defenders of DC were carrying out the battle like heroes, but it was taking them very long to defeat more than ten million soldiers. On March 29, the American Empire was weakened so much by the world war that the empire itself couldn't support even City Defenders. The Defenders of DC still fought, without pay, food, warmth, or shelter from any attack. They were determined to hold a very important city. This city was the key to the American Empire's survival. On March 31, the Defenders were defeated, all captured or dead. At this time, Washington, DC was the only city aside from Tokyo, Rome, and New York to be the part of the empire's "territory." Now that Washington, DC was in the United State's hands, the American Empire weakened so much, it is very incomparable with the strength it had during its peak. The Emperor had no choice but to end the world war by surrendering the Empire to the world and to resign.
What would have happened if DC never fell?Edit
The American Empire's life would have been prolonged at a certain amount of time. Washington, at the time, held about 75% of the total power of the American Empire on March 29, 2679. 12.5% belonged to New York (New York was totally destroyed, and was still under reconstruction) and Rome held another 6.25%, and Tokyo held 6.25%. After that 75% was taken away, the empire was badly weakened, becoming very vulnerable to any attack. At this point, all City Defenders would be gone (Tokyo's was abolished by Japanese government, Rome didn't have any in the first place, New York's City Defenders perished in the atomic explosion, and DC fell into US hands). Even though if Washington, DC never fell, the empire would still be ultimately defeated in a day or two, so the fate was sealed for the American Empire.
The end is nearEdit
On March 30, 2679, one day before complete dissolution, the emperor resigned office at noon. On March 31, 2679, the empire suffered complete loss. The only piece of territory left in the American Empire was just Rome and New York City. The American Empire surrendered and the world was back the way it was before the American Empire came into existance. At midnight, the transition from March to April, the American Empire flag was lowered for the last time in Times Square, New York City, and the United States flag rose. The image shows the empire before dissolution. Note that the empire still held a few territories before it surrendered. This was the size of the empire on March 31 at noon.
Attempts to revive the EmpireEdit
The time after March 31 was very hard for people to get back on their feet now that the Empire wasn't there to support and protect them, especially the New Yorkers (the State and the City). There were areas where people didn't want the Empire to be revived, especially around the world. This soon became a heated world debate. Finally, the debate ended in compromise. The "new" American Empire will only be restricted to areas in the United States. The United States offered the states of New York, Florida, southern Texas, southern Louisiana, a part of Montana, Northern Maine, all of Michigan, and Hawaii for the new empire. The mayor of New York (coincedentally, the grandson of the last emperor of the American Empire) accepted these lands, even though they were inadequate. The new empire was dubbed the "New York Empire" instead of the American Empire. Though, this new civilization was considered the successor state of the American Empire. The flag of the New York Empire is the same of the American Empire so that the American Empire will live on. The New York Empire chose its first emperor through election and the mayor of New York City became emperor. After coronation, the mayor chose New York City as the first capital. New York City became the capital, New York State changed its flag to the same flag of the American Empire so, if the New York Empire would ever die, New York State would still carry the flag with it to keep the American Empire as an eternal being. The official birth date of this empire was September 25, 2679. The dissolution was January 19, 2753.
The economy of the New York Empire was very stable. It generated about $1.2 Trillion each year(GDP), even though the land size was inadequate. The United States let New York join the allies, so no wars erupted between the two nations. Also, the New York Empire was a very fragile empire, its military strength was only a fraction of the American Empire's military strength. The United States would protect the New York Empire if it was ever to be attacked. The growth of the empire made the United States grow too, as both nations traded. Then, the empire became stable.
The empire did have a peak, but it was never measured by how much land it had. It was measured by how much money it generated. At this time, the empire had no deficit, and had a $17.5 Trillion surplus, while generating $4.9 Trillion (GDP) a year. It also had a $67,500 per capita. After the peak, the empire maintained a stable economic existence.
The empire was very short-lived, with a lifespan of only 74 years compared to the American Empire's lifespan of 628 years. This empire was very beneficial, though. It helped the United States win many wars with its strategic locations. It also let the legacy of the American Empire live on.
When the year 2750 came, the New York Empire was in very much trouble, and turmoil. The Europeans were planning an attack to expand their nations and the New York Empire was a very good candidate since it was very weak at the time. First, Russia gave a 24-hour air raid on New York City, totally destroying the city. Then, Poland and Germany launched a 100 megaton atomic bomb on Florida and Hawaii. Poland, Russia, and Germany went to war against the United States and the New York Empire. The New York Empire was on the verge of being destroyed completely, just like its parent, the American Empire. The United States gave the New York Empire the decision to merge back into the United States, returning the States the New York Empire held, or stay as an independent nation.
On January 18, 2753, the emperor of New York met with the President of the US to sign a treaty to merge with the United States. At noon on January 19, the merging was complete. The New York Empire returned all the states back to the United States and the Emperor became the governor of New York State. Germany, Poland, and Russia got a big surprise attack when each of their capital cities were reduced to vapour with a 500 megaton bomb launched by the United States. All three nations responded by giving a 24-hour air raid to Washington, DC. The United States landed 27 million men each on all three nations, giving a destructive infantry attack. When the attack was over, Poland, Germany and Russia received a deadly blow by a 750 megaton atomic bomb.
All three nations surrendered, and the Empire of New York wasn't revived. The three were destroyed to the point that was worse than New York. Though the American Empire and the New York Empire were destroyed, their legacy go on. The flag of the American Empire is still risin in New York State. New York City was destroyed two times after the New York Empire was destroyed, but it still stands strong. The city was rebuilt to look just like before. More than 15 million people still live inside the city. Two great empires fell after 2753, but both still, somehow, survive after 2753.
Government of the Two EmpiresEdit
The Emperor and the Prime Minister held equal power between each other, but the Prime Minister had to ask the Legislative branch, Congress, to use most of his powers. On the other hand, the emperor can use most of his powers without asking Congress. Sometimes, when the Emperor and Prime Minister clash (example: The P.M. wants to declare war, and the Emperor doesn't), Congress will decide who will win with two-thirds majority vote. When the Emperor or P.M. becomes a corrupt leader, Congress can impeach them, but the entire population of the Empire will decide first if Congress could try the Emperor/P.M. or not with three-fifths majority vote. If the entire population agrees, congress is able to try the Emperor/P.M. and, with two-thirds majority vote, either one of the two will get impeached. The emperor can be elected into office by the population, appointed into office (the predecessor can appoint their successor if he thinks his kids won't be able to handle the throne, or if he doesn't have any children), or inherit the throne by hereditary. The emperor serves for the rest of his life, but, if the emperor is elected into office, he is allowed only two terms. The first term is 10 years, and the second is 2 to 5 years (once elected on second term, the Emperor is allowed two years in second term, but he can extend it to five years if he does well. He can request another three years to congress and congress will approve it by three-fifths majority vote). The Elected Emperor can appoint another emperor that will serve for the rest of their life, or his child can inherit the throne for life. Elections are only allowed when the current emperor doesn't appoint or doesn't have children to ascend the throne. Becoming an appointed emperor will let you serve for the rest of your life. The Emperor can only appoint those in congress. The Prime Minister can become a Prime Minister by election or appointment. The P.M. is allowed three terms. Each term is four years. The Prime Minister can appoint another person to take his/her place, but they will serve for the rest of term. After that term is over, the appointed P.M. will not be allowed another term and a new election begins.
This is the body of government which has the power to veto the Prime Minister's orders, requests, or actions. It can even force the Prime Minister to become a figurehead at times, acting on Congress's commands. This body passes the bills, which may or may not become laws. For bills to become laws, two-thirds majority vote is required in both the Senate and the House of Representatives to let the bill proceed to the Executive offices. Both the Prime Minister and the Emperor must say yes sign and approve the bill. If one doesn't say yes, but the other says yes, Congress will review the bill and if two-thirds majority vote says yes, the bill becomes law without executive approval. If the Prime Minister is absent, the Emperor has the final say of the fate of the bill. If the Emperor is absent, then the Prime Minister can say yes or no-if he/she says no, Congress can override the veto with two-thirds majority vote. This branch also monitors the behavior of the Emperor and the Prime Minister for any corruption in politics. If one (or both, in some cases) becomes corrupt in any way (example: The emperor is raising taxes to keep more money for himself), then Congress will issue a notice to the public. The public will then vote to have the executive officials tried by congress by three-fifths majority vote. Senate will then try the Emperor/Prime Minister in the Supreme Court. The Senate will vote to impeach by two-thirds majority vote. Congress is also used for arbitration if the Prime Minister and Emperor can't decide on something. A member of the senate can serve unlimited terms. Each term is six years long. After the end of each term, they must be re-elected to continue their membership. A member of the House of Representatives can serve unlimited terms, but each term is two years long. At the end of each term, they must be re-elected to continue their membership.
The power of the courts depends on the level of extremety. These levels are: Local, Circuit, Section, and finally, World-Wide. The Local courts are used to solve normal cases, such as a murder case. The Circuit courts is a court for every state/province of a country conquered by the American Empire. Section courts are courts that solve intra or inter-country disputes. World-Wide court is the Supreme Court in Washington, D.C. This court settles disputes in the entire American Empire for very extreme cases, sometimes only reserved for government cases. This court is also the place where the Senate tries the Executive officials to impeach.
Provinces of the EmpireEdit
Though the first Emperors didn't establish any provinces of the empire, Emperors after 2205 (exactly one-hundred years after the Empire's Peak began) established provinces, since it became a large empire to control. The Province government was lead by a governor, much like the state governors of the United States. The emperor could appoint the governor(with the consent of congress), or the governor could be elected (the candidate should be part of the state legislature for more than six years first). The other two branches are molded after the imperial branch.
Below are the twenty-one provinces of the Empire:
- Province of Columbia(Capital:Washington, DC)(Occupied areas of the United States)
- Province of Canada(Capital:Ottawa)
- Province of Central America(Capital:Mexico City)(including Mexico)
- Province of South America(Capital:São Paulo)
